Standard Jacob’s Ladder
Both titanium and chromoly ladders are available. The titanium option significantly reduces part weight by more than 1/2 lb over the standard chromoly ladder. Sizes available: 12 1/4″, 13 1/4”, 13 5/8” and 14”. Weight: Titanium – 11.2 oz., Chromoly – 1 lb. 3 oz.
Adjustable Jacob’s Ladder
Ti22’s Three Hole Jacob’s Ladder can be easily adjusted to help tune the chassis to variable track conditions. Both titanium and chromoly ladders are available. St. Ladder Straps & Kit
CNC machined from 2024 aircraft aluminum, Ti22’s ladder straps are strong and light-weight. The kit comes with four (4) standard jacob’s ladder straps, (2) Shoulder Bolts, (4) Washers and (2) Lock Nuts. Individual Strap Weight: 2.3 oz.
DB Ladder Straps & Kit
CNC machined from 2024 aircraft aluminum, Ti22’s dog bone ladder straps are strong and lightweight. The kit comes with four (4) dog bone jacob’s ladder straps, (2) Shoulder Bolts, (4) Washers and (2) Lock Nuts. Individual Strap Weight: 1.5 oz.
Double Birdcage
Made from 7075 T6 aluminum these unique birdcages are the strongest and most innovative cages on the market today. The cages were created to eliminate bind in the birdcage bearings. Bearing bind, created by twist in the birdcage, absorbs horsepower that could be applied to the rear wheels. Eliminating the bind therefore allows for a more efficient transfer of horsepower to the rear wheels.
Standard Birdcage
Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a 28mm double row angular contact bearing. Ti22′s new patent pending, Adjustable Birdcages has an adjustable ladder pickup for adjusting the roll center quickly and precisely. A new Tune-n-Loc mechanism ensures the pickup locks into place securely. The built-in level offers added convenience and precision. The birdcages come with custom-machined hardware that is machined for radius rod and torsion arm pickups.
