Double Birdcage
Made from 7075 T6 aluminum these unique birdcages are the strongest and most innovative cages on the market today. The cages were created to eliminate bind in the birdcage bearings. Bearing bind, created by twist in the birdcage, absorbs horsepower that could be applied to the rear wheels. Standard Jacob’s Ladder
Both titanium and chromoly ladders are available. The titanium option significantly reduces part weight by more than 1/2 lb over the standard chromoly ladder. Sizes available: 12 1/4″, 13 1/4”, 13 5/8” and 14”. Weight: Titanium – 11.2 oz., Chromoly – 1 lb. 3 oz.
Adjustable Jacob’s Ladder
Ti22’s Three Hole Jacob’s Ladder can be easily adjusted to help tune the chassis to variable track conditions. Both titanium and chromoly ladders are available. St. Ladder Straps & Kit
CNC machined from 2024 aircraft aluminum, Ti22’s ladder straps are strong and light-weight. The kit comes with four (4) standard jacob’s ladder straps, (2) Shoulder Bolts, (4) Washers and (2) Lock Nuts. Individual Strap Weight: 2.3 oz.
DB Ladder Straps & Kit
CNC machined from 2024 aircraft aluminum, Ti22’s dog bone ladder straps are strong and lightweight. The kit comes with four (4) dog bone jacob’s ladder straps, (2) Shoulder Bolts, (4) Washers and (2) Lock Nuts. Individual Strap Weight: 1.5 oz.
HD Pitman Arms
Constructed from 1″ 2024 aluminum to reduce flex. Ti22′s Pitman Arms come with the option of straight or 10 degree angle broached. The arms are radiused and designed with through holes to reduce additional weight.
Adjustable Nose Wing Post

Ti22′s NEW Aero Wing Tree has 4130 Aero tubing uprights and a tubular cross section for maximum strength and minimal weight.
Standard Birdcage
Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a 28mm double row angular contact bearing. Ti22′s new patent pending, Adjustable Birdcages has an adjustable ladder pickup for adjusting the roll center quickly and precisely. A new Tune-n-Loc mechanism ensures the pickup locks into place securely. The built-in level offers added convenience and precision. The birdcages come with custom-machined hardware that is machined for radius rod and torsion arm pickups.
Wing Tree Assembly
Ti22’s Wing Tree is designed to be a lightweight addition. With an extra inch added to the length, the tree is able to achieve the wing angled needed for today’s wings. Both titanium and chromoly versions are offered. The tree comes with bottom inserts for easy wing adjustment. Weight: 1 lb. 11 oz.

Polished 6061 aluminum rods are available in 1/2″ increments from 18″ to 24″.
Top Wing Post
Ti22′s Top Wing Posts now feature a full circle bracket, giving the “T” two contact points instead of one. An aluminum insert has been added for additional strength. The standard overall length is 12″. Custom sizes are available upon request. The chromoly posts are black powder coated.

Digital High Speed Gauge

HD Front Bumper

Adjustable Steering Arms
The New Adjustable Steering Arms are CNC machined from 2024 aluminum. The new design includes an extra hole, providing teams with the ability to make adjustments to the scrub rate of the front tires.

Adjustable Power Steering Pump Mount
The Adjustable Power Steering Pump Mount is machined from 2024 aluminum. The mount allows one to easily locate the power steering pump on different engine configurations.
Radius Rods – 18 – 20.5
Polished 6061 aluminum rods are available in 1/2″ increments from 18″ to 20.5″.
Rod Ends
Ti22 is an authorized dealer for FK Rod Ends. Order individual items as needed or order the Complete Kit which includes 6 sets Aluminum, 2 Sets Steel, 2 RH Chromoly, 10 RH Jam Nuts and 8 LH Jam Nuts.
Tie Rod and Drag Link
Ti22′s Tie Rods and Drag Links are made of 1 1/8″ OD chromoly tubing. Black powder coating is the standard finish but custom can be accomodated.
Front Axle
Ti22′s standard Front Axles are made from 2 3/8″ OD chromoly tubing. Camber is set at 11 RF and 9 LF. The laser cut brackets and components are expertly welded for optimal strength and durability. Torsion Bar Bushing
Ti22′s bronze bushings are pre-bored and fit 0.095 torsion tubes. Bushings also available for .120 torsion tubes.
